方管市场价格部分市场继续回升。期货市场表现转好，且带 动现货部分市场回暖，据了解昨日多数区域市场成交不错，而今日在利好延续下，出货仍旧尚可。另外，19日山西因生态环境恶化集中约谈7个市；同日美国联邦 储备委员会宣布将联邦基金利率目标区间维持在2.25%至2.5%不变，并表示美国经济面临的不确定性增加，将采取适当措施以保证美国经济持续扩张。各项 消息扎推，对整体现货市场起到了助推作用。不过，目前市场需求端较弱，下游用户除刚需外，交投活跃性一般，且市场低价成交较好，因此，虽期货持续拉涨三 日，但现货涨幅并不明显。综合而言，短期内淡季风险仍存，市场看跌观望情绪较重，国内方管市场或将处于弱稳之态。

方管价格方面，截至6月20日，国内重点城市16-25mm普板均价保持在3891元(吨价，下同)，均价较上个交易日涨3元，较上周同期跌26元，较上月同期跌144元。
