本周方管市场价格震荡趋强，上周市场以跌为主，本周一开盘受铁矿期货涨停影响，期盘全线持红提振市场心态，现货紧跟拉涨，涨后现货成交好转，厂商挺价意愿明显。加上月初丰润 轧钢企业集体复产，坯料需求恢复，成本有明显支撑。周二周三连续两天唐山及周边各县区限产细化方案出台，力度高于建议稿，自此整个市场的情绪被调动起来。 然周四现货成交量较上半周有所放缓，随着库存数据出炉，库存下行速度加快，旺季市场由此打开。华北地区本周唐山小窄带小幅反弹，周比上涨30元/吨。目前 小窄带利润空间维持在80-90左右，厂家生产积极性较高，尽管九月限产文件已经下达，但对小窄带的影响甚微，本周小窄带厂家开工较上周还有所上涨，且据 了解架子管方面接单尚可，小窄带厂家出清日产的情况频频出现，但到了本周后半段，随着期货的下行以及下游补库完成，小窄带开始变得出货不畅，价格也有所回 调。355系窄带在本周连续上涨四天之后于周五出现回落。作为9月第一周，铁矿石强势拉涨及唐山调坯厂复产之后的集中补库，支撑钢坯坚挺上行，同时带动带 钢强势拉涨，下游需求出现一轮集中释放，方管库存也得到了很好的消化。中宽带市场紧跟期螺变动，镀锌、冷轧方管厂家也逐渐迎来旺季。目前市场库存水平不 高，商家出货压力不大，市场底部有支撑。南方地区，华东当地热带库存压力仍较小，价格上涨以后市场出货依旧清淡，一方面由于下游采购不积极导致，另一方面 由于货少规格不齐等因素使得无货可出。华南地区市场整体拿货积极性不高，当前受冷卷和热卷拖累，在卷带差略有失衡情况下，方管目前仍存压力。综合来 看，目前方管市场需求释放程度并不稳定，厂商情绪不稳，上行动力不足，预计下周或震荡盘整运行。
